The core of the wet curtain is made of porous honeycomb-structured cellulose material. After absorbing water, it forms a moist surface. When the fan draws air from the opposite end of the chicken house, the hot outdoor air is sucked in by negative pressure. As the hot air passes through the wet curtain, it comes into contact with the moist curtain surface, causing rapid water evaporation. This evaporation process absorbs heat from the air, lowering the temperature of the air entering the house by 5-8℃.

The cooled air, which carries a certain level of humidity (controlled at 60%-70%), covers the chicken house evenly and quickly displaces the stuffy air inside. The entire process requires no mechanical refrigeration components and relies on physical principles for cooling. Its energy consumption is limited to the electricity used by the fan and water circulation system, making it suitable for long-term, large-scale use in chicken farms.
