Stepped Brooder Cage

Step-type Brooder Cage (Model 195*50*35)，This step-type brooder cage, with dimensions of 195cm (length) × 50cm (width) × 35cm (height), is specifically designed for chicks aged 1-6 weeks. It typically features a 3-4 layer stepped structure, and each layer can accommodate approximately 50-80 chicks (adjustable based on breed).

Stacked Brooder Cage

The 120-120-70 model large stacked brooder cage adopts a 120cm framework, featuring a tighter and reinforced structure. The feeding trough is made of magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, with an adjustable plate installed on the inner side to regulate the feed intake according to the different ages of the brooding chicks.

Broiler Cage

The layer-cage system for broiler chickens is centered around a stacked cage structure. The mainstream configuration is suitable for 3-layer or 4-layer stacked cages (white-feathered broilers prefer 3 layers, while yellow-feathered broilers are suitable for 4 layers). The specifications of individual cages are designed according to the breeding cycle.

Stepped Layer Cage

The 195*45*41 five-door step-type layer cage is designed to house 4 chickens per door, with the cage net dimensions being 195cm*45cm*41cm (length*depth*height).

Stacked Layer Cage

The 120-60-70 model of large stacked layer cage adopts a 120cm frame, with a multi-layer vertical stacking structure as its core. It is usually equipped with 4-6 layers, and a single set of cages has a large capacity.

High-level Layer Chicken Farming Equipment

High-level egg chicken farming is centered around tiered cage rearing. Its core advantages lie in four dimensions: space, efficiency, cost, and management. It is the mainstream model of large-scale farming.

Stacked Laying Duck Cage

For the 140-110-50 model of large stacked laying duck cage, it is usually equipped with 4-8 layers and adopts a 140cm frame. Each single cage has five doors, with two laying ducks raised per door. It is equipped with a double water line drinking system and mobile feeding.

Egg Conveying Equipment

The automatic egg collector adopts layered motor control and hierarchical management of the conveyor belts and egg belts. This design reduces collisions between eggs and prevents egg breakage.Centralized egg collection saves labor, allowing breeders to manage operations effortlessly.

Automatic Egg Tray Packing Machine

Fecal Treatment System

The fecal treatment system can quickly reduce the moisture content of fresh chicken manure (with an initial moisture content of approximately 70%-80%) to below 15% through hot air circulation or drum heating technology, transforming the originally wet, sticky, and perishable manure into dry solids. Meanwhile, the high-temperature drying process can kill over 90% of Escherichia coli,
