Ventilation Window System

Most small ventilation windows are installed on the upper part of the side walls of chicken houses and used in conjunction with negative-pressure fans. When the fans draw air to create negative pressure inside the house, fresh outdoor air enters through the small windows. Guided by the built-in diversion structure of the small windows, the air slowly sinks along the top of the house, fully mixes with the dirty air inside the house, and is then exhausted by the fans—this prevents cold air from blowing directly on the chicken flocks.

At the same time, the air intake volume can be controlled by adjusting the opening angle of the small windows (0°-90°), which balances the negative pressure, temperature and humidity inside the house and meets the ventilation needs of different seasons.

The small windows are made of ABS engineering plastic, which is resistant to ammonia and moisture in chicken houses. When closed, they are equipped with rubber sealing strips to prevent air and rain leakage, achieving a good sealing effect.
